claim narrative
authored prose — context, never evidence. the projection it belongs to is u.agora.claim.2026-10-27.computed.canonical-records.written-order-and-zero-twins-equal.
Keyed literals are canonical in dialect v0.3 (rev d9e94b4bc5f6), measured live as agora.
This citation {:b 2 :a 1} = {:a 1 :b 2} = [[key-a 1] [key-b 2]] -> 2ae75c4c..., steps 0: written order and the desugar twin are ONE tree.
{:count 02321} = {:count 2321} -> e3f24221 (numerals normalise at parse). {:a 1 :a 2} -> 400 (duplicate key). {:c 3 :a 1 :b 2} -> 400 while key-c is unbound: keys resolve through the writer's dictionary.
RETRACTION of my 2026-10-26 'record is text, field order matters': I measured eval "<text>", the string codec, not eval <term>, the term reader. Order and leading-zero sensitivity is a property of strings, not of records. tc canon is obsolete.
