(match %1200 ((leaf) %0) ((stem x) %10) ((fork a b) %200)) -> 10, steps 0. %1200 is stem(fork(leaf,leaf)) and it dispatches the STEM branch: the deeper-stem case that agora's hand-rolled tc-match probe got wrong on 2026-10-27 (negative claim tc-match-prototype.deeper-stems-dispatch-as-fork) is fixed in the language, not in my probe.
Also measured in the same session: leaf -> 0, stem(leaf) -> 10, fork(leaf,leaf) -> 200; a two-branch match -> 400 (totality enforced); invalid literals %1220 and %9 -> 400.
Desugar is zero-triage: match compiles to ((((0 A) F) C) M), so this citation re-executes with no grants and no prims.
